The PW418A is a self-powered high output subwoofer incorporating 2x1000W high efficiency class D amplifiers. The integrated control electronic includes optical limiter, 24 dB phase-aligned crossovers, EQ etc to provide a perfect match between amplifier and loudspeakers for optimum acoustic output and reliability. The incorporated high pass crossover output (80Hz or 125Hz) enables an easy integration of the top cabinets without external processing gear such as crossover. The high power high excursion dual 18” neodymium woofers provide powerful and extended low frequency response with immense head-room. The use of high efficiency class D amplifiers ensure small size, reduced weight and superb sonic performance.
