The form is the part of ‘‘Integration’’ (the internal career development programme run by HR department) and it helps to assess if the candidate can deliver the level of performance required for their role. It also allows to find out how effective probation process is and if any improvements required.

Keep in mind please that not only you are evaluating the candidate but they are evaluating you as Shadow as well. The reason for that is that we need to make sure that the candidate was provided with relevant and realistic experience of what the role will be like if hired. We fully recognise our Shadows’ efforts but also believe good feedback is a two-way conversation.
