This form is the part of our ‘‘Integration’’ HR programme and it is helping us to assess how effective the probation process was and if the candidate was able to deliver the level of performance required for their role.
Keep in mind that not only you are evaluating the candidate but they are evaluating you (as the Shadow) as well. The reason for that is that we want to make sure that the candidate was provided with relevant and realistic experience of what the role will be like if hired. We fully recognise our Shadows’ efforts but also believe good feedback is a two-way conversation.
